Natalie Portman is known for her bold choices in roles. From shaving off her hair in V Is For Vendetta to her Oscar-winning performance as a troubled ballerina in Black Swan, she’s never shied away from a boundary-pushing project. But in a new interview, the actress has now revealed that there’s a line she won’t cross anymore.

Partaking in a pop quiz on The Drew Barrymore Show, Portman was asked by friend and host Drew Barrymore if there was one thing she’d never do for a role.

“That’s a good one,” she remarked before responding.

“Um… show my boobs? Is that really prude?” she asked, to which Barrymore responded with support, “No, it’s not!”

Though Portman, 42, has taken on a handful of roles where she’s shown off her figure, the mother-of-two explained she is now treading carefully with the modern virality of the Internet.

“I’m just always like, ‘I don’t want my kids to see pictures online,’ ” she said, referring to her son Aleph, 12, and daughter Amalia, 6, whom she shares with husband Benjamin Millepied.

Barrymore, 48, then joked about her own experiences with on-screen nudity.

“I didn’t know there’d be an ‘online’ when I did it,” she said. ” I was like, ‘Good luck finding that magazine under some weird guy’s bed in some random house!'”

“But no judgement, darlings.”

In her new film May December, Portman stars alongside Julianne Moore in the Mary Kay Letourneau-inspired drama. Portman plays an actress researching Moore for a role, who began a scandalous romance with a 13-year-old boy (played by Charles Melton) whom she later marries and has a family with.

Barrymore also asked Portman what her next dream role would be, to which the Oscar winner surprised fans.

“I would love to do a kids film,” she said. “Like Mrs. Doubtfire, I love that movie so much.”
