Creative Director Riccardo Tisci tapped long-time friend Naomi Campbell for Burberry’s latest TB Summer Monogram collection. After launching its first TB Summer Monogram collection in 2019 featuring model Gigi Hadid, and its second collection last year with Kendall Jenner, who better than Naomi Campbell to star as the face (and body) of the third iteration celebrating summer? The supermodel, who recently entered motherhood in May, looks as stunning as ever fronting the campaign in full confidence.

“For my third TB Summer Monogram collection, I wanted to celebrate the balance of our heritage with the importance of always evolving and looking forwards,” says Tisci in a statement shared with GRAZIA. “The collection captures that optimistic feeling of summer and that feeling of constant momentum, the excitement for what’s next.”

Tisci enlisted visual artist Frederik Heyman to convey his vision of serenity and adventure to life in a unique CGI world for the collection’s campaign. The short film features a CGI Naomi Campbell sporting the summer collection in all its eternal glory suspended in a futuristic seaside dream. “It’s magical working with Riccardo. He always has such a unique vision and continually manages to bring another facet out of me, pushing me to do things I don’t think I can do,” mentions Campbell.

The signature TB motif (a passionate ode to founder Thomas Burberry) is reinvented in shades of cobalt blue, deep royal blue, and mid-grey. The logomania design is printed on lightweight womenswear pieces, including nylon jackets, silk-satin slip dresses, oversized shirts, cotton jersey vests, silk shorts, bodysuits and leggings, and swimwear. The collection also boasts a selection of menswear pieces from cotton piqué oversized polo shirts and short-sleeve silk shirts to drawcord swim shorts and briefs.

Burberry’s TB Summer Monogram collection will be available on July 16. Until then, check out CGI Naomi Campbell serving up some impressive looks in the campaign video below.
