Meghan Markle let the world know she’s feeling some pressure at the moment as she stepped out solo in Montecito.

Despite the warm summer weather, the Duchess of Sussex was spotted wearing a camel ‘Raspoli’ coat by Max Mara, white slim-leg jeans and an off-white knit sweater. She opted for high-end accessories in Chanel slingbacks, a Givenchy black and gold leather belt, an oversized tote by Goyard, and a Hermès Rayures d’Ete scarf.

But what really caught public attention was a mysterious sticker the mother of two appeared to be wearing on her wrist. The blue circular patch has since been identified as NuCalm’s Biosignal Processing Disc, a device that slows down the brain’s stress response.

According to the NuCalm site, the technology, “helps reduce stress, promote recovery and generate calm by working at the root causes of the problem – the imbalanced neurochemical and neuroelectrical systems.”

Markle, who just celebrated her 42nd birthday, and her husband, Prince Harry, have long been advocates for mental health. And it’s well-documented how invested the Duchess is in her physical and mental wellness. From infrared saunas, acupuncture and yoga to green juices, supplements and LED light therapy, the California native is passionate about keeping in tip-top shape.

Though the couple hasn’t spoken publicly about their next moves, they have experienced their fair share of setbacks this year, with multi-million dollar deals falling through and recently being stripped of HRH titles. Enough to be stressed about, that’s for sure.
