Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa in “Sweetest Pie,” directed by Dave Meyers

Possibly the most otherworldly and fantastically fashionable music video since Megan Thee Stallion’s pivotal collaboration with Cardi B on “WAP,” comes Hot Girl Meg’s collaboration with pop star Dua Lipa in their mystical music video “Sweetest Pie.” Directed by Dave Meyers, the top charting artists don the likes of Mugler and Schiaparelli in the dystopian fairytale set, a perfect fit for the surrealist styles.

With similarities to the world of Maleficent (emphasized by Lipa’s Schiaparelli horns), two men wander into the mythical land, filled with lush greenery, flowing waterfalls and fluttering butterflies. When they come across the beguiling pair, Lipa is clad in black and gold Schiaparelli Couture and Megan in a skin-tight plunging black latex dress with golden accessories and a wide brim hat, the performers lure their prey in with sugar pastries and pearl and crystal-embroidered pastel lingerie.

Swiftly transporting them to a bubbling cauldron among cherry blossom trees, Megan appears in a barely-there cutout gold jewel-encrusted bodysuit as the room lights up to reveal walls of butts (yes, you read that right).

Lipa walks into frame as a singing and dancing black widow, with a black bandeau top and shorts set, with long spikes escaping her back as her legs continue to multiply.

As the men attempted to escape, Dua Lipa, clad in a sheer cutout Mulger ensemble from her go-to designer Casey Cadwallader, shakes them out of hiding while Megan appears with a set of backup dancers dressed in a sheer bodysuit, emblazoned with a lacquer spine and rhinestone spider detailing down the front.

With the concept having been thought up by Megan herself, we hope this isn’t the last we see of this power duo working together. Watch the video, below.
