Has the idol found her new muse? Lily-Rose Depp has uncharacteristically taken to social media to soft launch her relationship with musician 070 Shake, in a sultry Parisian selfie.
We didn’t think an Instagram soft launch to confirm you’re dating someone was ever très chic, but, with the couple sneaking a picture of themselves on a graffitied mirror in a back alley of an arrondissement, we could have an alt-power couple on our hands à la Alexa Chung and Alex Turner circa 2007.
The rumor mill suggesting Depp and 070 Shake, whose real name is Danielle Balbuena but goes by “Dani Moon,” innocuously started dating first began churning when the pair descended on the city of lights incognito ahead of Paris Fashion Week FW/23.
But, unlike The Idol star’s other A-list relationships, see: her summer romance with Timothée Chalamet that had the internet in a chokehold, the fact that Depp is giving her 7.1 million Instagram followers a rare insight into her relationship with the “Escapism” singer seemingly means their romance is more serious than we first believed.
Case in point? A photo Depp also posted on her Instagram Story of Balbuena wearing a distressed suede jacket that reads: “Forever Mine.”
The Chanel ambassador hasn’t been the only one to share a glimpse into their relationship, with 070 Shake also posting loved-up selfies from their romantic Parisian rendezvous to Instagram. Naturally, the girls, gays and theys on Twitter are utterly unhinged by this pairing.

Neither Lily-Rose nor 070 Shake have spoken out about their whirlwind relationship.
However, given that both their careers are on the rise, it’ll only be a hot minute before the couple cement their relationship status as the new reigning queens of the avant-garde scene by taking to Instagram Live on the dance floor at Berghain at 3 AM.
Because that’s the alternative equivalent to a red carpet debut, right?
