New year, new Lili Reinhart! The Riverdale actress took to her Instagram Story to show off her new look — and it didn’t disappoint!

The blonde beauty shared a new photo of her bob, writing, “Chop chop,” and she tagged @colorbymattrez and @adamcampbellhair. In the photo, she is wearing a Betty Boop shirt and barely wearing any makeup.

Reinhart, who plays Betty Cooper on The CW hit show, is used to always wearing her hair up.

“This ponytail causes me stress,” she previously shared. “It takes a long time [to style], longer than you’d think, and it’s really annoying and very frustrating. It’s just the fact that it’s really hard to get it perfect … That’s my biggest struggle.”

“Being on camera, you can’t have flyaways,” she added. “So, I’m looking at my head probably 70 times a day to make sure that my hair is in place. I hate that it’s very high maintenance.”

Recently, the TV star admitted that she is going through a tough time. “I want to take a moment to be vulnerable and share this in the hope that any of you who are also struggling don’t feel alone,” she explained on Instagram. “I’m here with you. It’s challenging to look at your body with love instead of criticism. It’s a practice I’m still learning.”

Reinhart noted that it’s unfortunate the entertainment industry is “so obsessed with women’s bodies and weights,” which has taken a toll on her. “I wish I hadn’t grown up in a time where the media worshipped only one size of women,” she stated.

Since the actress’ body has been there for her through a lot of ups and downs, she is “trying” to love herself. “I know my body deserves equal love and admiration at any size,” the Swimming Lessons author declared. “To not feel at home in my own skin is a devastating feeling. As if my body has betrayed me by changing.”

“It’s heartbreaking that this feeling is understood by so many of us,” the Hustlers star concluded. “Let’s continue to talk about it. Normalize it. Empathize with others. Show compassion and kindness.”
