Kylie Jenner is here to prove that sheer is here to stay. Continuing her love for Jean Paul Gaultier, the Kylie Cosmetics founder attended the Jean Paul Gaultier x The Webster launch party in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday with her daughter Stormi Webster in tow.
As the face of the French luxury house’s new ready-to-wear Flowers Collection, Jenner adorned a see-through beige long-sleeve midi dress, featuring a green, yellow and orange floral print which put her beige bra, waist-cinching corset and high-cut briefs in full-view.
Jenner teamed her spring-ready JPG frock with white striped slingback pumps and a bright red clutch.
The makeup mogul slicked back her raven tresses into a sleek bun with a matching floral clip, leaving dampened bang to frame her face. Jenner maintained a luminescent complexion with shimmering pink eyeshadow, mile-long lashes and a glossy lip.
Stormi, 5, coordinated with her mom in a colorful mesh printed set by the brand wearing a long-sleeve shirt with a ruching detail, matching leggings and white sneakers.
Jenner shared a slew of photos from the event on Instagram, captioning the post, “she’s a jpg girl 🤍 @jeanpaulgaultier.”
Just one day earlier, Jenner stepped out in two show-stopping ensembles from the brand’s collaboration with Colombian-born, French fashion designer Haider Ackermann. She arrived at the 2023 Met Gala in a fire-engine red one-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit, and a coordinating red and ice blue cape, designed by Ackermann for JGP. Later that evening, Jenner donned a black-and-white bustier off-the-shoulder gown (also designed by Ackermann for JPG) to hit the afterparty circuit.
Ackermann guest-designed the latest couture assortment for Jean Paul Gaultier’s Spring/Summer 2023 Haute Couture runway presentation shown in January. He followed Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, Y/Project and Diesel’s Glenn Martens and Sacai’s Chitose Abe.
The Jean Paul Gaultier Flowers collection drops on Friday at noon.
