For those lucky enough to travel overseas, it is the summer of love in Italy. Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde were spotted making out on a boat in Venice in July while Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck went Instagram official just weeks later. Now, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have descended into the seaside town of Portofino.
As expected the couples retreat was accompanied by plenty of PDA snaps posted to Instagram. The reality star was the first to publish a picture of the pair kissing passionately on a boat. She captioned the image, “That’s Amore”.
Barker followed just an hour later and posted an image of the pair kissing at sunset (and far more dressed this time). The overseas trip comes after the Blink-182 drummer overcame his fear of flying in August.
In 2008 the musician was involved in a plane crash that killed four people. Just two weeks ago he embarked on his first flight since the crash with Kardashian, Kris Jenner and her partner Corey Gamble. The group took Kylie Jenner’s pink private aircraft from Camarillo, California to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
“This has been something that Travis has been working on for some time,” a source for E! News said. “It’s something he’s wanted to do and to overcome. Kourtney has been incredibly loving and supportive and it is through her love, help and confidence in him that he was able to finally do this. The people that have been close to Travis since his crash are so very excited for him.”
It appears the relationship is getting very serious. There are rumors the pair secretly tied the knot in Vegas back in July. It wouldn’t be the most wild accusation considering Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner wed in the party-fuelled city in 2019. It was supposed to be secret until Diplo live streamed the event to social media.
For now, we’re just vicariously living through these European snaps.
