Kourtney Kardashian has shared a ten-minute workout that she promises will “start your day full of energy” and give you a rounder butt. The Poosh founder posted a video on her lifestyle website that claimed the workout would become “second nature” in your mornings but we’re not sure if it’s going to come before we hit snooze for the third time or after the second coffee.
“Ten minutes, that’s all you need to reset your workout routine and start your day full of energy,” the caption read, insisting that “once you carve out a slot in your morning schedule, it will become second nature, and eventually, you won’t be able to begin your workday any other way”.
The workout doesn’t require equipment and promises “short rotations” using your own body weight for resistance.
“Whether you’re looking to tone a specific area like your arms and butt or maybe full-body exercises are more your vibe—either way—we’ve got the 10-minute routines for you. No pressure, but depending on your dedication level, you can repeat each routine as many times as you’d like for an extra workout boost. Up to you! Learn and watch each at-home sequence below,” it read.
Included in the exercise were side-lying leg extensions with hip abductions, kneeling hydrant kickbacks, kneeling leg circles, as well as standing curtsy oblique crunches and forearm plank hip taps for the tummy.

The Kardshians are famous for their butts, and it’s not the first, or second, time – even this year – that Kourt has shared her tips to get a derriere just like hers.
In May, the mom-of-three flaunted her body in a throwback picture that saw her posing in a string bikini while on a tropical island, revealing her seven ‘go-to moves’ for a rounder butt.
“There’s a reason Pilates has become one of Kourt’s favourite workouts ever,’ her wellness brand Poosh captioned the shot on Instagram. Pilates instructor Jesse O’Hara then shared her tips and tricks for making the most of your workout, with tips including “aligning all of the movements with your breath” and not to rush the movements.

Jesse also recommends being “aware of your shoulders; imagine sliding your shoulder blades down the back away from your ears,” and to add ankle weights if you feel like an additional challenge.
She has also posted a six-minute booty workout, beloved by her pal Addison Rae.
Next stop, a Kardashian booty to be proud of. Or ten more minutes sleep.
