Hot girl summer is almost here and Kourtney Kardashian has shared her favourite tips to feel fab – and it can be done at home.
The mom-of-three flaunted her body in a throwback picture that saw her posing in a string bikini while on a tropical island, revealing her seven ‘go-to moves’ for a rounder butt.
“There’s a reason Pilates has become one of Kourt’s favourite workouts ever,’ her wellness brand Poosh captioned the shot on Instagram.
Pilates instructor Jesse O’Hara then shared her tips and tricks for making the most of your workout, as well as posting seven moves that will promise you a “rounder butt.”
Tips included “aligning all of the movements with your breath” and not to rush the movements, which include hydrant kicks, hip extensions, and side-lying leg lifts.
Jesse also recommends being “aware of your shoulders; imagine sliding your shoulder blades down the back away from your ears,” and to add ankle weights if you feel like an additional challenge.
Kourtney recently celebrated her 42nd birthday, and she took to Laguna Beach for a weekend away with her family.
New boyfriend Travis Barker hired a plane to fly a banner over the area which read “happy birthday, Kourtney,” and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum also shared on Instagram the huge bouquet of flowers he sent her.
Kourt and Travis went public with their romance on Valentine’s Day after months of speculation. Since going Instagram Official, the pair have gone from zero to 100 and have not held back their social media displays of affection.
Blink-182 drummer Travis also chose to get his girlfriend’s name tattooed on his chest.
