Kim Kardashian spoke highly of her beau, Pete Davidson, and his thoughtfulness on the latest episode of The Kardashians on Hulu. The comedian surprised the SKIMS founder while on the way to her Sport’s Illustrated Swimsuit issue cover shoot with a sweet treat.
Kardashian was on the plane on her way to the shoot, when the stewardess announced there was “something from Pete.” Davidson had surprised Kardashian with her favorite movie theater candy, Edy’s Dibs ice cream bites.
“These are my favorite,” Kardashian said. “We went to the movies in Staten Island, and all I wanted was Dibs. I’m obsessed with Dibs. You can only get them in, like, gas stations these days.”
But as she started eating them she paused. “Is it sweet, or is it, like, being a dick because I have a swimsuit shoot? I shouldn’t have eaten that. Thanks, a**hole,” she joked while laughing.
This wasn’t the first time Davidson took Kardashian out for ice cream. She gushed in a confessional later in the episode about one of “the best nights of my life.”
She recalled the story saying, “One time, Pete was like, ‘Babe, let’s go get some ice cream at Thrifty.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, my god, you are making me so fucking horny.’ Rite-Aid? Thrifty?”
She continued, “Pete is such a good, good person. I can’t even explain it. He just has the best heart and always thinks of the small things.”
In an earlier episode, Kardashian revealed she was attracted to Davidson almost instantly when hosting Saturday Night Live after feeling a “vibe” between their kiss during a skit. She was the one who made the first move.
Over the last few months, the couple has gotten more serious, making their red carpet debut at a White House Dinner, and walking the 2022 Met Gala together.
Kardashian discussed with her friends on the show that she wants a “drama-free life.” She also mentioned that she wanted to keep her relationship with Davidson more private saying, “I never want the person that I’m dating to be subjected to public scrutiny just because we’re dating. He knows what he’s getting himself into, obviously, but I’m trying to minimize any tabloid drama.”
We, for one, are happy for the couple, and love the celebrating the little things with them.
