Kendall Jenner has reportedly increased personal security measures around herself and her house after a trespasser entered the model’s home this week. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that a man was arrested around 2am local time on Sunday, March 28 for misdemeanor trespassing.

An additional report from TMZ alleges the 24-year-old man was knocking on the windows of the house and calling out Jenner’s name. He later stripped in an attempt to enter the outdoor pool.

“Kendall has ramped up security and has a huge team on the property and with her,” a source close to The Kardashians told E! News. “They are all feeling like they need a big security presence at all times and that they can’t have something like this happen again. It’s been very scary and unsettling for all of them.”

Jenner’s attorney has filed a restraining order against him.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jenner was told by police that the individual had plans to obtain an illegal firearm to shoot the reality television star, and then shoot himself.

It is a harrowing thought following a string of mass shootings in the U.S. in recent weeks.

During the same week, Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes were home in their Los Angeles mansion when burglars broke in through a window to rob the house, assuming the couple wasn’t there.

Kim Kardashian also had a close call at her Los Angeles home on February 24 when another 24-year-old man crashed through the gate of the Hidden Hills neighborhood. TMZ reports he told law enforcement “he was going to see Kim, and at one point even claimed she was his wife.” Kardashian’s security team stopped the man. He was later arrested and put on a 72-hour psych hold.
