Kendall Jenner didn’t miss the opportunity to whip out a new ‘fit over Grammys weekend, despite not being at the awards ceremony on Sunday night. Instead, the model used the streets of West Hollywood in lieu of a red carpet to debut her fashion-forward twist on a bodycon dress.
Heading to meet friends for dinner following the event, including musician Charlotte Lawrence, Jenner opted for a maroon minidress with a cowl neck and gold shoulder straps that she paired with opaque tights in the same maroon color.
Jenner finished the look, which is straight off the runway from Matthieu Blazy’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection for Bottega Veneta, with a pair of pointy-toe black kitten heels that matched her black woven-leather handbag, also by the brand.
For jewelry, Jenner matched the gold on her dress with a pair of chunky ’80s-style gold earrings and kept her brunette hair loose and voluminous with a middle part. The model went for simple makeup with a light pink lip, adding a cat eye to complete the look.
In the most satisfying addition, Jenner’s nails were also part of the colorblocking theme and were painted the same shade of maroon.
This isn’t the only time Jenner has made a statement using tights. Late last year, an outfit went viral when she was photographed walking the streets wearing black tights as pants, adding a navy sweater with a pop-of-white top underneath and similar black pointy-toe heels.
Coincidentally (or perhaps not), that look also came courtesy of Bottega Veneta’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
Looks like we’ve discovered Blazy’s biggest fan.
