Julia Fox makes us fall in love with her more and more after each statement-making street style look she steps out in. For her latest, the “Uncut Gems” actress was spotted out on day one of Paris Haute Couture Week wearing one of her boldest looks yet. Fox sported head-to-toe leather accompanied by beau Kanye West in a complimentary leather look to attend Schiaparelli’s return to the runway.
Fox has quickly grown from actress to fashion’s latest one to watch in only a few short weeks and has already established quite a signature look (styled mostly by Ye). To mark Schiaparelli’s in-person couture show, Fox donned a body-forming leather dress with cone bra detailing. She paired the look with black leather leggings, gloves, and thigh-high boots. Playing into the surrealist world of Schiaparelli, the 31-year-old pairs the ensemble with oversized gold earrings and a lock-shaped bag. Ye opted for a leather jacket, pants, and chunky knee boots topped off with his now signature face covering.
West and Fox are indeed a match made in fashion heaven. On Sunday, the two attended West’s long-time friend Nigo, debut show for Kenzo since becoming the creative director in September 2021. The two were quite literally showstopping dressed in an updated take on the Canadian Tuxedo. Fox’s look garnered viral attention for not only incorporating something new but also something borrowed.
The new comes in the form of yet another cone-bra top straight from the Schiaparelli Spring-Summer 2022 runway, the something borrowed is the label’s artistic director’s Daniel Roseberry jeans from his personal wardrobe. Although the top Fox wore walked the runway with matching jeans, the actress opted to snag Roseberry’s wide-leg Carhartt jeans right off his body during their Sunday visit by the Maisons atelier.
Fox is unapologetically herself, and honestly, we can’t get enough of it. With four more days of Paris Haute Couture Week, we’re on the edge of our seats, waiting for the next matching couple outfit she and Ye pull out. Perhaps Metallic Mesh?
