Following her stunning appearance at the 2021 Met Gala, you’d be surprised to learn that model and actress Kaia Gerber is barely 20-years-old. On September 3, the daughter to Cindy Crawford finally entered her twenties and in film photos published to Instagram, Gerber kicked it off with a glittering soirée.
The dance floor was filled with hundreds of balloons while Gerber wore a silver sequin midi dress by Celine Fall 2021 and black patent Mary Janes shoes also by Celine. The guest list was filled with famous friends including Olivia Rodrigo, 13 Reasons Why actor Dylan Minnette, Rachel Hilson, model Vivienne Rohner, actress Paris Jackson and Vas J Morgan. Gerber’s long-time boyfriend Jacob Elordi was of course in attendance, with the model sharing some rare PDA snaps with her beau.
Morgan also shared some more unseen pictures from the evening while an eagle-eyed fan account managed to record an earlier Instagram video of Gerber’s birthday cake. Just like her, the entire event was utterly chic.
Elordi was spotted purchasing a custom-wrapped photo album of Gerber’s birthday earlier this month. The couple spent the special day working for A Sense Of Home organization – which creates first-ever homes for youth ageing out of the foster care system according to the Daily Mail.
Crawford honored her daughter on Instagram for the occasion with two images of the 20-year-old – one as a young girl and another clip from her appearance in American Horror Stories. “My girl can do both! Happy birthday @kaiagerber – proud of you!,” Crawford wrote.
This week Gerber walked the red carpet at the Met Gala in Oscar de la Renta. She was later spotted on her way to an afterparty in black lace mini. If this is the model at 20, we can’t wait for the rest of her career.
