The 2024 Fashion Trust Awards took place last night in Beverly Hills, drawing a star-studded crowd who came to support the industry’s up-and-comers—and serve looks to boot. At the second iteration of the ceremony, last year’s inaugural award recipients, including Elena Velez and Puppets and Puppets, prepared to pass the baton to this year’s finalists, featuring designers Batsheva, Wiederhoeft, and HARBISON Studio.

Established to recognise and celebrate emerging perspectives in fashion, the awards are dedicated to “discovering, funding, and nurturing” young American design talent, per the organisation’s website, with board members including Tan France, Laura Brown and Karla Welch. Naturally, guests came dressed to impress at an event where stars were rubbing shoulders with major names in fashion.

Hosted by Zooey Deschanel and including presenters like Cynthia Erivo and Da’Vine Joy Randolph, the Hollywood presence was strong. And whether it was Kiernan Shipka in Fendi SS24 Haute Couture, Poorna Jagannathan in Gaurav Gupta, or Ashley Graham in vintage Balmain, there was no shortage of glamour on the red carpet.
