Kanye West and Julia Fox’s brief fling will forever be etched into our collective memories — but Fox suspects that her ex might not even know her full name.
On Wednesday, the actress appeared on Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen, spilling some tea about the rapper. “We were literally together for like a minute,” Fox explained. “I don’t even think he knows my full name or anything,” she said, referring to her middle name.
Revealing that she has not spoken to West in “almost a year,” Fox reminded us that the former couple only dating for about a month before breaking ties.
Fox famously dated West in January 2022, after his ex-wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021. They attended Slave Play together in New York City, then hit Paris Haute Couture Week with one another, where they were a match made in fashion heaven.
When asked if she’s connected with Kardashian since her split from West, Fox explained that she’s been in the same room as the reality star, but they’ve never “spoken about anything,” regarding Fox’s fling with West.
In a recent TikTok, Fox responded to criticism that she dated a “famously violent misogynist and antisemite,” explaining, “the man was being normal around me!”
Fox revealed that the Kardashians bought and sold her fashion line in their stores in the 2010s and that she had a “love” for the SKIMS mogul. Fox said that West had been texting her and she wasn’t interested in responding — dating celebrities is apparently “boring.” “But then I had this thought, and I was like, ‘oh my God, maybe I can get him off Kim’s case.’ Like, maybe I can distract him and just get him to like me. And I knew if anyone can do it, it’s me.”
