Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken their whirlwind romance from Montana to Miami and back to where it all restarted: Los Angeles.
Earlier this week, the duo, dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by fans and the press since their first relationship 17 years ago, were spotted out to dinner in West Hollywood, where it was clear—for anyone still confused—that, yes, they’re definitely dating again.
Despite both parties very recently ending relationships with other people—Lopez was engaged to be married to Alex Rodriguez until April, Affleck broke up with girlfriend Ana de Armas in January—apparently, this is no fling.
A source close to Lopez told E! in a new report today that the singer and actor is very serious about Affleck and their future together. “She’s crazy about Ben. He spoils her with love and is very witty and charming. He’s a man’s man, and she finds him so attractive and strong,” they said. “She’s in it for the long term and sees her future with him.”
Furthermore, another source who spoke with PEOPLE said Lopez, who was in town for work, made sure to specifically carve out time with Affleck. “They will continue to travel back and forth between Los Angeles and Miami,” they said. “They are very happy together” and are “slowly starting to talk about the future.”
“This is not a casual relationship,” the source added. “They are taking it seriously and want it to be long-lasting.”
Meanwhile, Us Weekly reported last week that the pair is “full-on dating and very happy together,” adding, “Ben and Jen feel so close to each other very quickly. The old flame is absolutely rekindled. They picked up where they left off in terms of affection for each other.”

In an interview with the New York Times on Monday discussing her latest role in Mare of Easttown, Winslet is given a handful of rapid-fire statements which she had to confirm or deny. When the allegation, “You can’t stop reading about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez,” came up, the Oscar-winner replied, “What? No! I’ve never read about Jennifer in my life. What are these questions?”
