New romantics Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper have reportedly blindsided the actor’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Irina Shayk, with their whirlwind relationship, a new report claims.
According to an anonymous source speaking to Page Six, the Russian supermodel—who frequently walks the runway with Hadid—is reportedly “not happy” by Hadid and Cooper’s flourishing romance, with the 37-year-old allegedly taken “by surprise”.
The source continued to claim that Shayk, who has reportedly broken up with NFL Hall of Famer Tom Brady after a fleeting fling, is disgruntled as she’s unhappy Cooper moved on with another supermodel, especially one who is “younger”.
With Hadid almost a decade younger than Shayk, it’s inferred that the model has an issue with Cooper and Hadid’s twenty-year age gap. For context, Cooper is 48 and Hadid is 28.
The publication’s source also revealed that Shayk is apparently “taking every opportunity to be snapped by the paparazzi”. (Well, that explains those shots of her taking her dog for a stroll in her Hermès Birkin). “She’s saying, ‘Look, baby, I’m still hot,’” the source claims.
It was formerly alleged by the publication that Shayk was the person who connected Hadid and Cooper in the first place. The online tabloid republished a source who initially spoke to The Messenger, writing: “Gigi was introduced to Bradley through Irina [Shayk] and their mutual friends in the industry.”
“Gigi and Irina have been close over the years while working together, and Gigi and Bradley have hung out before, but it has always been friendly in social settings,” the source claimed before noting they were “bonding over their daughters when Bradley asked her out”.
It’s not clear where Cooper, Shayk and Hadid stand today, but if Shayk should be upset about anything, it’s the fact her ex is walking around wearing Ellen DeGeneres-branded underwear. Can someone please get this man in some Calvins?
