Whether you’re planning on a couch karaoke session or just sitting back to enjoy the show, a proper cocktail pairing will transform your evening into an award-winning affair.

Raise a toast to the songs that we danced to on TikTok, the albums we replayed while WFH, and the artists that helped us through 2020 with these simple yet delicious serves that are also easy to recreate at home.

BASIL WATERMELON COOLER

Experience a “Watermelon Sugar High” by sipping the Basil Watermelon Cooler, a crisp combination of smooth Grey Goose, ginger slice, and watermelon.

Ingredients
2 oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka
4 Basil Leaves
1 Peeled Ginger slice
2 Chunks of Watermelon
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Ginger Ale

Method: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 basil leaves with a ginger slice, 1 watermelon chunk and simple syrup. Add ice, GREY GOOSE® Vodka, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with remaining watermelon chunk and basil leaves.

Ingredients
1.5 oz. 1800 Cristalino tequila
1 oz. pomegranate juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
Top with soda water

Method: Build in a highball glass and stir to incorporate.

Ingredients
2 oz. Cristalino tequila
.75 oz. ginger syrup
.75 oz. lime juice
1 tsp Allspice Dram
Splash of soda water

Method: Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and top with soda.

THE PEAK MANHATTAN

Ingredients
1 oz. Blue Peak
1 oz. Sicilian Amaro
2 dashes black walnut bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to yari, add ice and stir to 20% dilution. Strain over big cube with cherry garnish.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
½ oz Benedictine Liqueur
½ oz Raspberry Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

THE HEADLINE ACT

Ingredients
1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka
2 ½ oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer
Large Sprig of Fresh Mint

Method: Build in a can or highball with cubed ice. Garnish with a large sprig of fresh mint.

THAT’S MY JAM

Turn on “Don’t Start Now” and turn up with That’s My Jam. Just like Dua Lipa’s hit song, you’ll want this D’usse cocktail with apricot jam and thyme during the entire show.

Ingredients
2 part D’USSE VSOP
1 tbsp Apricot Jam
¾ part fresh lemon juice
½ pineapple syrup
1 thyme sprig
Top soda water

Method: Muddle thyme, lemon juice and pineapple in a shaker. Add apricot jam, D’USSÉ and ice. Shake well and strain into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass. Top with sparkling soda.
