Elsa Hosk knows a thing or two about statement-making style. The Swedish supermodel is known for championing amazing looks both on and off duty. This summer, Hosk has been all about all-things crochet. Not your grandmother’s crochet (although we love that too), the model’s summer wardrobe has included sexy, playful, and at sometimes risqué crochet pieces that are oh-so-perfect for the summer heat.
Her most recent crochet moment was also giving peak Barbiecore vibes thanks to her vibrant pink look. She teamed a lavender body suit with a peek-a-boo crochet midi skirt complete with fringe around the hem while on vacation. She kept the beachy looks going with a wicker mini tote and Chanel sandals.
A day earlier, the 33-year-old Swedish model posed in a more neutral outfit option. She wore a see-through crochet dress that matched perfectly with the car she posed in front of. (Coincidence? We’ll let you decide.) The look was a perfect summer ensemble to keep cool and she topped it off with a Loewe bucket hat to block the sun’s beaming UV rays.
Earlier this summer, Hosk showed us a stylish crochet can liven up any outfit. In April, she posted in a barely-there purple string bikini from Sommer Swim and a multi-colored crochet bucket hat. (The bucket hat is summer’s answer to the winter’s balaclava, and just like its winter counterpart, it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.)
