When it comes to social media, Chrissy Teigen is a gift. When she’s not schooling us on the art of the grilled cheese or making fun of her breast implant removal, she’s good for a beauty tip or two – or in today’s instance, sharing her entire skincare routine. On a video posted to her account last night, Teigen addressed all the “kind folk asking her to drop her skincare regimen,” disclosing that right now, she’s proud of her skin/feeling herself (amen). She detailed a mix of high/low products, some recommended by Hollywood dermatologist Sharni Darden whereas others you can pick up with spare change at the nearest Priceline store. She’s also a fan of the iconic Creme de la Mer and The Concentrate, two products with a combined value of over $1000:
“For you kind folks asking me to drop the skincare regimen, I will admit I am def proud of my skin lately and feeling myself! I kind of use whatever is closest but it consists of @shanidarden forcing me to use @isclinical cleanser and face lotion, @controlcorrective SPF 30, @lamer’s creme de la mer and concentrate ($$, I know I know but I gotta be honest) and a steady stream of @bioreus chin and nose strips. Mix that with anything anyone at @drjasondiamond’s office tells me to do facial wise and @simonourianmd1’s firm and fade cream when I’m feeling icks, and there you have it. A very simple (no) routine! But really. The IS clinical cleanser and the lotion is the only thing I use consistently and they’ve always been so good to me. Can find online – everything else just a bonus. Xx (edit: forgot one of my most important products, @drdennisgross alpha beta peel pads. So important for on and around my nose and chin. You’ll notice a HUGE difference!!).”

It’s a mix of protection (SPF) moisture/nourishment (La Mer/iSClinical Moisturizer) and gentle exfoliation (Dr. Dennis Gross and iS Clinical Cleanser). Pore strips are certainly polarizing – some dermatologists believe they can be too damaging – but Teigen’s non-existent pores seem to say otherwise. She’s also listed a Firm and Fade cream from Beverly Hills icon Dr. Ourian. It’s an in-clinic product designed to even out skin tone and stimulate collagen production. What works for Teigen might not work for others, but that doesn’t mean we’re not here for a peek into vanities of the rich and famous.
