In welcome skincare news, Chanel Beauty has ushered in two new launches as part of its Le Lift ranging: The Le Lift Fluid Matte and Le Lift Lip and Contour Care.
Both build on the premise of the Le Lift to approach ageing — a line that’s both efficacious and luxurious using formulas that hero the latest innovation in natural ingredients.
Le Lift Lip Contour and Care is a soft, light creme that is designed to care for the delicate skin around the lips and mouth. Enriched with botanical alfalfa extract, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, shea butter and medowfoam seed oil, it melts on application, thus working to soften tiny creases while soothing dry, chapped skin. It is less of a lip balm and more of a localized treatment, so can also be used to soften surrounding smile lines and nasolabial folds. It’s equally beautiful underneath lipstick as it is prior to bed.

Le Lift Fluide Matte on the other hand was developed to simultaneously treat signs of ageing, as well as shine — a combination that’s often ignored in the skincare category. The featherlight emulsion contains Le Lift signature alfalfa, plus roucou seed extract to nourish and strengthen while blurring pores and reducing oil production. The resulting finish is skin that’s incredibly soft and velvety — no residue, grease or tack. It can be used as you would a normal moisturizer, and the watery texture means it doubles as an excellent base for makeup. Le Lift Fuide Matte is also a fantastic summer moisturizer for when you can’t stand the feeling of product on your skin.
