Model and queen Bella Hadid shared on Instagram yesterday that’s she’s been alcohol-free for the last five months.
Hadid has been open about her relationship with alcohol and how it’s affected her health in the past. In an interview with InStyle, she shared that she’s done her “fair share of drinking,” and “loved alcohol” to the point where she could cancel nights out if she felt like she’d be unable to “control herself.”
This played a huge role in her co-founding functional beverage brand Kin Euphorics – a lineup of alcohol-free drinks instead infused with plants and adaptogenic ingredients. Hadid also has Lyme disease, and has been vocal about her mental health struggles – a breath of fresh air in an industry where wellness often comes second, yet stress and anxiety are common.
On Instagram, Hadid shared a carousel from Las Vegas of all places, where she and co-founder Jen Batchelor are launching Kin Euphorics into Ceasar’s Palace, and the iconic Omnia nightclub. Captioned “5mo 🚫 🍸🍾🍷” there was an outpouring of support in the comments section.

She also shared the update via TikTok from the Caesar’s Palace casino, simply writing “5 months alcohol free.”
Hadid also represents the sober curious movement at large, where people (specifically Gen Z) are choosing to limit or abstain from alcohol consumption entirely. As long as the supermodel is happy and healthy, we’re here for it.
