Anya Taylor-Joy has undoubtedly had a busy past 24 hours, from announcing her shiny new title as Global Ambassador for Women’s Fashion and Makeup for Dior to making her rounds on the press junction for her new Psychological horror film, Last Night in Soho. Like any A-lister promoting a new film, Taylor-Joy (and her stylists) are pulling all the stops making bold statements one after another.
Yesterday, October 25, the star pulled off not one, not two, but four dazzling outfits that all seemed to lend into her Last Night in Soho character’s 60s vibe. Her looks gagworthy in their own right lead up to the movie’s premiere, where she wore Dior, naturally.
Taylor-Joy started the day in a look fresh off Rokh’s Spring-Summer 2022 runway in Paris just last month. The muted lavender bralette and skirt set was embellished in oh-so adorable bows all over. She paired the ensemble with old Hollywood glamour evening gloves, which once again have emerged as an essential accessory, this time for the 21st century.
The 25-year-old then had a quick outfit change and headed over to the Ellen DeGeneres Show to film an episode that airs today. She wore a vibrant Oscar de la Renta orange mini dress that featured a flared-out ruffled skirt for the interview. Continuing what seems to be a love for bows, Taylor Joy accessorized with a dainty bow hair barrette.
Following her Ellen DeGeneres interview, the actress ran over to The Late Late Show with James Corden yesterday evening–but not before switching into another look. This time Taylor-Joy opted for one of her most daring looks yet. She wore a skintight blue floral Richard Quinn jumpsuit that wrapped around her neck. Again, she paired the look with evening gloves, this time in the same pattern of her jumpsuit. She kept it pretty minimal in terms of other accessories only adding a black headband outlined in pearls.
Last but certainly not least, for last night’s Los Angeles premiere of Last Night in Soho, Taylor-Joy quite literally sparkled in a disco era-esque Dior gown. The look marks the first (and absolutely not last) time Taylor-Joy has worn the french luxury label since becoming it’s Global Ambassador for Women’s Fashion and Makeup.
