Want some insight into the fitness routines of former Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima and former Major League Baseball player Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez? The global fitness brand 54D has the answer, and they’re coming to New York City.

The brand, which describes itself as a “human transformation program,” is set to open its first studio in the Big Apple this October, in conjunction with 54D’s 10-year anniversary. Located in the Flatiron (at 125 West 25th Street), the expansive new studio will accommodate 120 members at a time, hosting classes filled with 30 members each.

With a mile-long waiting list filled with models and athletes, 54D’s move to N.Y.C. marks the beginning of the brand’s national expansion plans. The company already has multiple studios in Miami, Mexico, and Colombia, with locations in L.A. and Broward County, Florida set to open in 2023.

Committed to excellence, 54D is dedicated to achieving peak physical, mental, and emotional changes in each of its members through a no-excuses approach. The 54-day program includes high-intensity group training, instilling important nutritional values, and recovery techniques, while simultaneously providing a supportive community.

“We have always been a catalyst of transformation. We conceive techniques to train the mind and body and prepare our community (or participants) to break limits to achieve results,” said Rodrigo Garduño, founder and creator of 54D in a statement. “Our expansion in New York City seemed like the perfect position to continue the brand’s evolution, following our vision to make this program accessible to more people. 54D in New York City will introduce people to the new version of themselves.”

The brand has also reached over 90 countries with its online offerings, digitally implementing its signature 54-day routine through state-of-the-art home workouts, dubbed 54D ON. Earlier this year, the brand also launched an Amazon Alexa Skill, enabling users to get inspiration and quick workouts straight from Garduño, himself.

“Since we started offering our online program, we have had so much interest from various markets to bring our on-site program to them,” said CEO Omar Yunes,. “People want to experience immersive, in-person training. It’s a program unlike any other. We are proud to begin our national expansion and give people the opportunity to try the program on-site. We felt New York City was the perfect place to kick off our expansion and are excited to open our doors this fall.”
