After two years of dating and many bike rides through New York City together, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum are heading down the altar. Multiple publications have confirmed that the actors are officially engaged, with the star’s recent Halloween couple’s costume innocuously hiding Kravitz’s diamond engagement ring. As it turns out, following multiple fan accounts dedicated to your love interest is a surefire way to guarantee your future nuptials.

Tatum and Kravitz first connected in 2019 after The Batman actress cast the Magic Mike starred as the lead in one of her directorial debuts. At the time that the film was announced, Kravitz explained to the press that Tatum was her “first choice” and the person she “thought of when [she] wrote this character”.

Tatum and Kravtiz subsequently started dating around early 2021, though they didn’t make their relationship known until August of that year with those viral bike riding images. Following the soft launch of their relationship, Tatum was caught following multiple Zoe Kravitz fan pages on Instagram—accounts he swiftly unfollowed after being caught out.

The pair were then spotted leaving the 2021 Met Gala together after arriving separately. Aside from a rare paparazzi shot and a public debut at The Kering Foundation’s Caring For Women gala, the couple have kept a relatively low profile.

That was until Halloweekend of 2023, when Kravitz and Tatum attended an event sporting one significant detail—a diamond ring. Kravitz dressed as Mia Farrow in Rosemary’s Baby, while Tatum went as the titular baby from the 1968 horror film.

Given the nature of their private relationship, it’s unlikely we will see any close-up photos of Kravitz’s ring or hear any wedding details until the pair are ready to share. Both Kravitz and Tatum have been previously married. Kravitz wed actor Karl Glusman in a star-studded ceremony inside her father, Lenny Kravitz’s, Parisian townhouse. The couple separated in 2021. Similarly, Tatum divorced his wife of nearly a decade, Jenna Dewan, in 2019. The pair share a 10-year-old daughter.

For selfish reasons, we can’t wait to see Kravitz walk down the aisle again. Given she’s the acme of a cool-girl bride, we’ll be watching with bated breath to see what chic spin she puts on modern bridal dressing (irrespective of our relationship statuses).
