From Venezia, With Love: Georgina Rodriguez Leads The Best Dressed Stars At The Venice Film Festival
Despite the strikes, the fashion goes on

The Venice Film Festival has long given rise to some of pop culture’s most viral fashion moments. Think Zendaya in her wet-look Balmain gown and 93-carat emerald serpentine necklace from Bulgari, Dakota Johnson in that ethereal pink Prada slip, or Florence Pugh in a buoyant sheer Valentino gown and hotpants. Despite the milestone anniversary of the annual fete, the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike has left this year’s red carpet somewhat less bustling.
Still, the days have not been without fashion to feast your eyes on. Of those who made an appearance, notable mentions must be served to Emma Corrin, who set the internet ablaze when they wore olive green knit knickers and a matching cardigan from the Miu Miu’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection. Elsewhere, Isabelle Huppert glistened in a tinsel-like Balenciaga gown, Georgina Rodriguez, who is now based in Saudi Arabia, wore a bold red floor length gown by Swiss luxury house Vetements and Amal Clooney dressed in a blush lace and tulle dress from John Galliano’s Fall/Winter 2000 Dior collection.
