The dynamic duo were just two big fish out of a sea of A-listers that were spotted at the Venice Film Festival this weekend. The actors attended the festival for the premiere of their new film ‘Dune,’ which is set to be released worldwide on October 22 of this year.
Zendaya left us in awe in not one, but three show-stopping looks, styled by none other than her personal celebrity stylist, Law Roach (@LuxuryLaw). The first look proved that only Zendaya can rock an oversized blazer on top of a Valentino couture gown. Next, she wowed the crown with a Balmain number that beautifully draped onto her figure, whilst her last look was a stunning Dion Lee gown. The star certainly did not compromise on accessorising either, as she elevated her look with a 93-carat emerald serpentine necklace from Bulgari. The Euphoria star never misses an opportunity to impress us, whether with her fits or her lovable personality.
Chalamet also didn’t disappoint, as he strolled down the red carpet in an embellished fit from Haider Ackermann. It’s no wonder the pair are as thick as thieves when they seem to specialise in rocking a red-carpet event hand in hand.
Other celebs that certainly left their marks on the carpet include Dakota Johnson side by side by Gucci’s Alessandro Michele and Anya Taylor Joy in pink Dior couture – made for a real queen. Penelope Cruz also stunned in a black and white Chanel gown.
Zendaya and Chalamet’s highly anticipated film, Dune, cost over $160 million to produce, and was shot in the golden deserts of Wadi Rum in Jordan and Abu Dhabi. The film was due to be released in November of 2020 but was pushed because of the coronavirus.
Dune will be shown in the UAE on the 23rd of September 2021.
