The inaugural Riyadh Fashion Week is set to launch next month.
Hosted by the Saudi Fashion Commission, the highly anticipated fashion activation will take place from October 20 to October 23, 2023.
Riyadh Fashion Week will feature a stunning lineup of 30 local brands on the runway. Additionally, celebrities, VIPs, buyers and business executives will attend the celebration of Saudi Arabia’s developing fashion scene, bringing together the world’s fashion community.
The event aims to support the expansion of the regional fashion sector both locally and globally, which will be supported by a livestream of all the shows.

Burak Çakmak, CEO of the Saudi Fashion Commission, expressed, “For the first time ever, we are welcoming the global fashion community to the epicenter of Saudi fashion, here in Riyadh. The event will showcase the best of our creative talent, allowing yet another opportunity for our brands to connect with the world.”
Over 250 influential people from the international fashion business will gather for networking at the Riyadh Fashion Week’s opening gala dinner. Additionally, the event will feature a showroom highlighting regional designs. Thus, giving regional and international customers a thorough overview of the wide array of fashion offered by up-and-coming Saudi designers and recognized brands.
The Saudi Fashion Commission first made their event plans public in June when they participated in Paris Men’s Fashion Week and Couture Week. Saudi designers also presented a range of collections at these events from the Saudi 100 Brands program, the first mentorship project led by the Fashion Commission.
