Just hours ago, we reported on the fact that 2022’s most unlikely couple — Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson — were boarding a private jet on their way to a romantic vacation in the Bahamas (nice).
But now it seems there might be trouble in paradise, with Page Six sharing allegations that Kardashian has unfollowed Miley Cyrus on Instagram after that NYE performance with Davidson.

Cyrus and Davidson co-hosted the event in partnership with NBC, singing Will Smith’s Miami together on stage. Prior to the event, Cyrus also serenaded Davidson on The Tonight Show, before being spotted walking into his Staten Island condo after the event (the same condo Kardashian was seen leaving one morning in December).
To most, the entire thing is just the celebrity machine hard at work, but according to the Twitter account @mileyedition, Kardashian has since unfollowed Cyrus on Instagram (the ultimate middle finger in today’s digital world).

While Kardashian wasn’t present at the Miami NYE event, the newly-minted couple have since hung out together (even pre-Bahamas), so we’re assuming things are okay between them. Maybe Kardashian thinks Cyrus overstepped? Maybe it’s fake news? Maybe it’s just a ploy to get us all talking — in which case, it’s definitely worked.

Kardashian and Davidson were first papped holding hands back in November last year, and went Instagram official via Flava Flav the following day. Kardashian is fresh from her divorce with husband Kanye West, while Davidson recently broke up with Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor.
Whether it’s a PR relationship (we assume yes), a summer fling or the real deal, we’re hanging out for every date night, vacation and unfollow with bated breath.
