It’s official. Jason Oppenheim has broken up with his now ex-girlfriend Marie Lou Nurk after dating for 10 months. The real estate giant turned reality star took to his Instagram to announce the news about their mutual decision to call it quits on Thursday evening. Marie Lou also shared the same story displaying their amicable parting.

As Jason is based in Los Angeles and Marie-Lou in Paris, the ex-couple cited distance as the cause of their breakup. Earlier this year, the couple had gotten a new apartment together in Paris. They also shared a condo in Los Angeles. In the post, the ex-partners mentioned they are still friends and will continue to be supportive of each other. They made sure to express their gratitude to their fans for the support they received throughout their relationship. Jason and Marie Lou have not yet removed any of their couple photos from their Instagram accounts.
Jason and Marie Lou crossed paths during Jason’s vacation in Mykonos in July 2022. Despite the brief duration, the couple celebrated holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas together along with Jason’s family. Jason confirmed that his mother met his 25-year-old girlfriend for the first time on Thanksgiving.

Marie-Lou made her official appearance on Selling Sunset Season 6 as Jason officially introduced her as his girlfriend. The girls warmly embraced Marie Lou and openly conveyed their joy for Jason, noting how happy he appeared to be in his relationship with the model. In an interview with People, he expressed his current openness to the idea of being a husband rather than a father, highlighting his shifting priorities.
