From Mykonos to Paris to LA, love has blossomed between the real estate giant turned reality star Jason Oppenheim and German economics student turned model Marie Lou Nurk. The pair first fell for each other after setting sights with one another at a beach club on the Greek island of Mykonos in July of 2022. The blonde bombshell also made her debut on the latest season of Selling Sunset. Here’s everything you need to know about Jason Oppenheims’ new girlfriend Marie Lou Nurk.
Marie Lou Nurk grew up in Germany and completed her undergraduate degree at a German university, Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Her South African roots trace back to her grandparents, also where her mother grew up. Marie-Lou currently moves between Paris and Los Angeles frequently.
Beauty with brains, Nurk balances her job at a well-reputed design and branding agency, Strichpunkt Design, as a strategist whilst also being signed to a well-known modelling agency named Marilyn Agency.

Despite moving back and forth between LA and Paris, the couple are committed to making the relationship work. During their relationship, the couple made trips across the world, from Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas, and Santa Barbara all the way back to Greece, where their love story first began. As of April it also seems that the couple may have gotten a new apartment together in Paris after Marie Lou Nurk expressed her desire for Oppenheim to move to Paris with her. Jason also confirmed the news when he left a comment on one of her photos posted in April, “Baby I’m coming to see you today! ❤️❤️and our new Paris apartment!”
The couple has also decided to take things further by moving in together in a condo in Los Angeles, where Marie Lou spends her time when she’s not in Paris with her friends and family. Despite dating for only a few months Marie Lou Nurk has spent festive holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas with her beau’s family. Oppenheim had confirmed that his mother had first met with his 25-year-old girlfriend on Thanksgiving.
