Though Emily Ratajkowski is yet to give birth to her first child, the baby gifts from famous friends are already piling up. Just a week after her surprise baby shower, an event in which she was gifted personalised dressing gowns and cushions for “Mama Bear, Daddy Bear, and baby Bear-Rata”, Ratajkowski has shared her pre-baby gift from Donatella Versace.
Ratajkowski shared a photo of a brand new Versace black Medusa top-handle bag, which was debuted during the brand’s spring/summer 2021 show. A Versace runway alumn herself – Ratajkowski walked just two years ago at Milan Fashion Week – it’s no wonder she’d be top priority to receive the new style, complete with a handwritten note from the designer.
While the bag will help Ratajkowski cart baby items around Manhattan, the model is also the proud owner of a Prada diaper bag, an acquisition this editor wouldn’t let a newborn near.
Given Hadid was gifted a baby Versace jumper for her daughter the same week she gave birth, we can expect baby BearRata to be treated to a similar gift upon their arrival earth-side.
