Since Love Island is over, and sadly we can no longer dwell on Davide and Ekin-Su’s drama, or binge watch Stranger Things to keep up with Eleven’s escapades, we all need new shows to binge. Here are our top picks for the summer to suffice the need for thrill and catch up on all the drama.

Everyone’s favourite show is finally back, or at least the prequel to Game Of Thrones is here and we are just as excited. The show is based on the book “Fire & Blood” by George R.R. Martin, and it explores the story of the family before Game Of Throne’s beloved Daenerys Targaryen even existed, we can’t wait to dive into the 200 year-old history of the Targaryen family.  Don’t miss the premiere of the much-awaited show on OSN+.

MANIFEST

Vaguely inspired by the inexplainable disappearance of the Malaysian Airlines flight 370 in 2004. Coincidentally, the creator of the show, Jeff Rake actually proposed the idea prior to the incident. However, it only caught the attention of producers after the plane disappeared. The show highlights the return of 191 passengers after they were pronounced dead for five years and the anomalies caused during the time.

THE SANDMAN

The Sandman is the rendition of a comic book written by Neil Gaiman, published by DC comics. It follows the story of Morpheus, the king of dreams as he goes on a quest to get his powers back after years of captivity. If you’re a DC fan and can’t wait to get into the storyline start binging as the first season just dropped on Netflix.
