We’ve all been asking, and Bella Hadid is using her newly-active TikTok account to provide the answer – how does she manage all that transatlantic travel while still looking so fresh on arrival?
Thankfully for us, the model has shared every step of her post-flight skincare and beauty routine, which includes an icy face roller to sculpt and wake up tired skin, air-dried hair and a whole lot of hydration.
First, she showers, then slathers body cream all over her chest after drying off. Next she applies a serum that’s milky in texture, before dunking what seems to be a ReFa facial roller into a heap of ice and running it along her jawline, cheekbones, forehead and neck in an outward and upward motion.
This step is said to work wonders for de-puffing a tired, jet-lagged complexion, as the cold therapy rejuvenates the skin while the roller sculpts the contours of the face.

Next comes another serum, this one a little lighter and clearer in texture – likely a hyaluronic acid – before the model applies a generous amount of eye cream to her under eye area, delicately tapping the product over her lids too.
To finish off her post-flight skincare, Hadid locks in hydration with a rich moisturiser and brushes up her brows, before moving on to her freshly-washed locks.
Hadid’s haircare routine is relatively minimal, as the model forgoes hot styling tools and simply brushes through her hair – using what looks like a Mason Pearson hair brush, but its appearance is sadly too fleeting to confirm.
She tucks her still-wet strands behind her ears and leaves her locks to dry while eating some breakfast (avocado on toast with bacon, a green juice and granola with berries, as well as a croissant) and getting dressed for the day.
Her final touch? The wildly popular Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil in a deep berry shade, which hydrates and adds a subtle glossy tint, while bringing out the natural colour of the lips.
