It’s no surprise that the 50 Best Hotels team described Atlantis The Royal as the “ultimate in over-the-top extravagance” and it ranked at 44 in the list of The World’s 50 Best Hotels. Travel industry leaders from around the world met on Tuesday night for a ceremony at London’s historic Guildhall to honour each other’s accomplishments.
Even though Atlantis The Royal has only been open for eight months, demand has been through the roof. Timothy Kelly, Managing Director of Atlantis Dubai, stated that the new hotel’s occupancy rate has been “near 80%” and that the average daily rate is $1,200.
Kelly also said that “Being recognised on the inaugural list of The World’s 50 Best Hotels, just eight months after opening in Dubai, is a remarkable achievement that fills us with immense pride and gratitude.”
Not only that, but the Atlantis The Royal was the only hotel in the Middle East that made it to The World’s Best 50 Hotels. So, if you want to splurge on the ultimate Dubai staycay, look no further.
