According to reports, Ashley Olsen married her long time partner, artist Louis Eisner, at extremely private ceremony in Los Angeles last week. The December 28 wedding was allegedly hosted at a residence in Bel-Air, and included around 50 or so guests.

Despite her level of fame, as both a child actress and one half of the painfully chic fashion brand The Row, Olsen has kept most of her private life – including the relationship with Eisner – out of the media. The pair are thought to have started dating back in 2017, but have only been photographed together a handful of times throughout the last five years (there was also that iconic shot Eisner shared on Instagram stories of Olsen hiking with a machete and a beer). They initially sparked marriage rumours in May 2022 (Olsen was seen with a gold band on her wedding finger) but as per reports, the wedding itself took place during the holidays.

While it’s not exactly sure how the pair met, they come from similar worlds. The groom is the son of Lisa Eisner, a jewellery designer and former Vogue editor, while his father Eric Eisner is the former president of the David Geffen Company and founder of Young Eisner Scholars.

While the details surrounding the occasion are few, we can only imagine it was chic, understated and fun. Her twin sister Mary-Kate famously has bowls of cigarettes at her NYC wedding to now estranged husband Oliver Sarkozy.

There’s also been a stead flow of white dresses come out of The Row in recent seasons, so perhaps one of them was worn by Olsen on the big day? The pairs aversion to the limelight means we probably won’t see much, but we can at least fantasise. Scroll on for a few pieces we could see the bride in.
