No, it’s not a Y2K fever dream. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show made a grand return today.

Streaming live from New York City, the lingerie giant resurrected its scantily-clad runway, assembling an iconic cast of modelling veterans and beloved newcomers. With performances from Cher, Tyla and Blackpink’s Lisa, the extravaganza delivered the high-octane glamour and bombshell beauty we recall from its previous fetes.

The show’s comeback follows a six-year hiatus spurred by scandals and controversy surrounding the brand’s lack of diversity and accusations of a disturbing company culture of misconduct perpetrated by its seniors.

Upon its revival, Victoria’s Secret promised reform from its dark past, as well as a runway lineup that more adequately reflected the range of beauty consumers expect in 2024 thanks to inclusive brands like Savage X Fenty and SKIMS leading by example.

So, who strapped on a pair of angel wings for the show? Tyra Banks made a grand return after two decades, along with fellow VS legends Adriana Lima—who holds the record for most shows walked—Joan Smalls, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, Behati Prinsloo, Liu Wen, Jasmine Tookes, Barbara Palvin. Other favourites included Irina Shayk, Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Imaan Hammam, Anok Yai, and many more starlets, who were all strutting their stuff in bespoke Victoria’s Secret pieces accessorised with Rene Caovilla heels, the official shoe partner of the show.

Then, making their triumphant debuts, we have Kate Moss, who stunned in a black set and lace overlay to match her feathery wings, as well as Carla Bruni, Ashley Graham, Paloma Elsesser and Lila Moss.
