Nicola Peltz Beckham is rarely seen without designer labels. From Valentino and Saint Laurent fresh from the runway to vintage Chanel and archive Versace, the actress has luxurious taste. But on a recent date night with her husband, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, she proved that she can make anything look expensive.
On the streets of Los Angeles, the couple were snapped walking hand-in-hand together in coordinating outfits. For the evening outing, Nicola, 28, glammed up in a strapless off-white mini dress with rhinestone detailing and a wavy asymmetrical hem and bandeau neckline. She wore a pair of black translucent tights with knee-high platform boots that elongated her 5’5 frame.
Though she looked a million bucks, the dress is actually one of her more budget-friendly looks.
Pulled from H&M’s Innovation collection, the piece is made of recycled polyester. Even the rhinestones are crafted from recycled plastic bottles. And at just $299, it’s an absolute steal—well, by celebrity standards, anyway.
Brooklyn, 24, opted for neutral tones that complemented his wife’s dress with a light knit sweater and chinos.
Though they’ve been putting up a brave public front, the couple has been embroiled in a legal battle with the wedding planners they fired before their lavish Miami wedding in April last year. In a lawsuit filed by Nicola’s billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, ex-wedding planners Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba and their company Plan Design Events (PDE) are accused of misusing funds and providing subpar services unworthy of the six-figure deposit paid.
Nicola and her mother were formally removed from the case, with documents citing that they “undisputedly are not parties” to the employment contract in question.
