This week Kendall Jenner proved that you can wear big bling (ahem, an Olympic gold medal) on some far flung island location. Dua Lipa received the memo and paired her latest vacation attire with lots of jewellery. Amid a gallery of holiday snaps, the singer shared a close up of her iridescent green manicure and stacked rings, which just casually happened to feature the Bulgari Serpenti Viper ring.
This isn’t just any diamond ring of course. In an ode to Bulgari’s beloved motif, the ring is reminiscent to a snake and features 18 kt white gold, set with full pavé diamonds. Such craftsmanship also arrives as at fitting price and retails for $28,200 AUD.
The luxury piece was paired with a Y2K-fuelled ensemble; a white corset, wide-leg charcoal grey jeans and chunky green heels. It’s just one of many looks Lipa has boasted over the past weeks.
The 25-year-old had been relaxing in her native country of Albania before she recently joined the Hadid clan in Ibiza (how can I get an invite to Lipa’s girl gang with Bella?!). In pictures posted to Instagram, Lipa and Hadid did plenty of sun bathing and lots of dancing.
The “Future Nostalgia” artist has a lot to dance about after her recent successes. Firstly, the songstress released her collaborative track with Elton John, “Cold Heart” last week. She is also slated to appear in and provide the title track and score to upcoming spy thriller, Argyle.
She will star alongside Henry Cavill, Sam Rockwell, Bryce Dallas Howard, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, John Cena and Samuel L. Jackson with the film directed by Matthew Vaughn.
“When I read this early draft manuscript I felt it was the most incredible and original spy franchise since Ian Fleming’s books of the 50s,” said Vaughn. “This is going to reinvent the spy genre.”
