While the event started as a simple music festival in the desert, Coachella has morphed into one of the biggest events of the year — and a lot of the action takes place off the stage. In between sets, here are the best parties to hit during the 2023 Coachella Music + Arts Festival.
NEON CARNIVAL
Since its debut 12 years ago, Neon Carnival has become one of the hottest tickets at Coachella — and it’s back for one night only at Desert International Horse Park on April 15.
TAO DESERT NIGHTS
Tao Group Hospitality returns to the desert for TAO Desert Nights Presented by Jeeter. The invite-only event in partnership with Corso Marketing Group will take place Friday, April 14th and 21st at a sprawling estate in Coachella Valley — less than two miles from the festival grounds. Guests will enjoy an outdoor nighttime afterparty with world-class DJ performances, special appearances, and many more surprises that will make for two unforgettable nights.
SOHO DESERT HOUSE
Soho Desert House is back in Coachella Valley, popping up on April 14-16, from 12-7 pm daily. An oasis for members and their guests to eat, drink and unwind, Soho Desert House is located six miles from the festival site and access includes unlimited food and beverages (yes, that includes everyone’s favorite House cocktails), DJ sets, and activations from some of Soho House’s favorite partners.
REVOLVE
REVOLVE Festival (which is a separate entity from Coachella) will be taking place on April 15 and 16.
FRED SEGAL
The iconic Los Angeles-based boutique Fred Segal will be in the desert with a festival-themed pop-up and two events, including a tie-dye booth with Rabôt and a DJ set by MAAD on April 6 and Lost Daze on April 7.
SONIC DESERT
On Saturday April 15 from noon to 5 p.m. SONIC Desert presented by Coca Cola will bring a mythical oasis to the Coachella scene.
