For Victoria Beckham, this translates into designing new pieces that hark back to the revolutionary era: the 70s. To mark Remembrance Sunday on November 8, Beckham, her husband David, son Cruz, fifteen, and daughter Harper Seven, nine, joined hundreds of thousands across the UK as they stepped out onto their doorsteps to pay tribute to those lost in the war. The family observed two-minutes of silence to honor the servicemen and women killed in world wars and later conflicts.
“As so many of us spend today back in lockdown, we remember those who gave so much for our freedom,” wrote David on his Instagram. “It’s a chance to talk to our children about why we mark Remembrance Day like my grandad taught me why we wear the poppy.”
