Discourse around an impending split of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen is ongoing. Separate sightings confirm the couple are yet to reunite and the internet is already placing bets on a Pete Davidson rebound. In the next development of this ongoing saga it seems that the quarterback’s ex Bridget Moynahan has entered the chat.
This week the American actress reposted a quote from marriage therapist Vienna Pharaon which read, “Not everything is meant to be mended. Not all relationships are meant to last a lifetime.”
The timing of the post is kind of strange given Brady and Bündchen are rumored to divorce soon. Moynahan and Brady share a 15-year-old son, John. The athlete reportedly left the actress during her pregnancy before dating Bündchen.
”Sometimes we have to learn to get comfortable with the gifts that are offered through the ruptures and the endings instead of the stories of repair and reconciliation,” the Sex and the City star reposted in the caption.
The post continued, “It’s much harder to be face to face with this. Our tolerance for it is low. And yet, some of our greatest gifts, offerings, and lessons come from this space.”
It’s unknown who Moynahan is actually referring to with the cryptic post. She is currently married to New York businessman, Andrew Frankel.
For the uninitiated, a source told Page Six that Brady and Bündchen had an “epic fight” over his decision to un-retire from the NFL back in September. “There’s been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” an insider said. “They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind.”
The former Victoria’s Secret model has since been photographed without her wedding ring. The couple married in 2009 and share two children, son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9.
More to come.
