Get ready because one of TV’s funniest and best dressed women is coming back to the small screen. On April 1, the beloved CBS 90s sitcom, The Nanny, will be available on HBO Max to stream all six seasons. The series follows Fran Fine, a character loosely based on co-creator and star Fran Drescher’s life growing up in New York. The 30-minute comedy follows the fashionista from Queens who gets a job nannying for three children in Manhattan.

On March 23, Drescher announced on Instagram that The Nanny will hit the streaming service next month. “I’m constantly experiencing how current it remains, particularly with the millennials,” Drescher told Entertainment Weekly last year. “I’m very aware of the Fran and The Nanny accounts. We’re doing The Nanny musical on Broadway. It was an amazing thing, and it’s the gift that keeps on giving.”

“I’m delighted that the look of the character has become so iconic,” Drescher told EW last year. “I think Brenda Cooper who styled and designed the show is a phenomenal talent. I don’t think they saw my character dressing so well when they thought of the show.” She continued, “but when they offered it to me it was like, If we’re gonna get Fran Drescher, it’s a whole package. I can’t look like some kind of middle age frump. That’s not my thing.” Fran Fine’s style was often draped in classic 90s mega designers such as Moschino, Todd Oldham, Nicole Miller, and Herve Leger.

Obviously, the internet is freaking out in the best way possible. “Can’t wait for everyone to remember how iconic the guest line up for The Nanny was in a week’s time. The fact that Ray Charles had a recurring guest role is a testament to the iconicity of the show,” one Twitter user wrote. Another wrote “Fran Fine made so many fashion statements throughout The Nanny,” while someone else tweeted the news, saying “retweet to save a life.”
