The actress, who is best known for her roles in the HBO series Euphoria and the Netflix series The White Lotus, was honored at the event for her impact on the entertainment industry.
The Variety Power of Young Hollywood Party is an annual fundraiser for the Variety Children’s Charity, which provides educational and recreational opportunities for children in need, in addition to celebrating the achievements of young actors, musicians, and creatives. This year’s event was hosted by Josh “Bru” Baker of The Circle, and featured performances by Chloe Bailey and Saweetie.
Sweeney was one of the youngest stars to be honored at the party, along with being one of the most talked-about attendees of the night. The blonde bombshell arrived at the party in a stunning Alexander McQueen ensemble. Her black leather dress was actually a three-piece set, featuring a corset top, peplum belt, and midi skirt with zipper detailing.
The matching set was complete with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit, cinching her at the waist with a one-of-a-kind corset peplum belt. Sweeney accessorized with a pair of pointed black Alexander McQueen pumps featuring a silver punk toe cap, a silver jewelled accumulation earring, and silver rings from Mara Paris and Ralph Masri. The head-to-toe McQueen fit retails for over $10,000.
The 25-year-old cover star was clearly excited to be honored at the event, taking to Instagram to share a photo of herself on the red carpet and thanking Variety, her “incredible team,” and fellow cast mates.
