Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reached a temporary custody agreement for their two daughters, Willa and Delphine. The agreement will allow both parents to split time with their children through early 2024.

According to the temporary custody agreement, Turner will have the girls from October 9 to October 21, and then again from November 2 to November 22, and from December 16 to January 7, 2024. Jonas will have the girls from October 21 to November 2, and from November 22 to December 16.

The agreement also states that Turner and Jonas will jointly submit a status report letter prior to December 23, outlining the status of mediation between the two at that point.

Both Turner and Jonas are permitted to travel to England and throughout the United States with their daughters while they have custody — settling the outcome of Jonas withholding the girls’ passports to prevent their mother from taking them back “home” to England.

Turner and Jonas announced their separation in early September, after three years of marriage.

Analysis of the Temporary Custody Agreement

The temporary custody agreement between Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas is a relatively common arrangement for couples who are going through a divorce. The goal of a temporary custody agreement is to provide a stable and predictable environment for the children during the divorce process.

The fact that Turner and Jonas have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their daughters is a positive sign. It suggests that the couple is committed to working together and making decisions that are in the best interests of their children.

The agreement also includes a schedule for how the couple will split custody over the holidays. This is important because it ensures that the children will be able to spend time with both parents during the holidays.

Overall, the temporary custody agreement between Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas is a fair and reasonable arrangement. It is in the best interests of their daughters and it will provide them with a stable and predictable environment during the divorce process.
