Baby Barker has officially arrived!
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker welcomed their first child together, a son named Rocky Thirteen Barker.
This is the fourth child for both parents. With Rocky joining the Barker-Kardashian blended family, he is welcomed into the fold by his six older brothers and sisters, including Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and Reign Disick, 8, whom Kardashian shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
On Barker’s side, the Blink 182 drummer co-parents his three older children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, including Landon, 20 and Alabama Barker, 17, along with 24-year-old Atiana De La Hoya. The latter is officially Barker’s stepdaughter.
The Scorpio baby was born either late October or early November at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai hospital. In the days that followed Rocky’s birth, members of Kardashian’s family, including her youngest sister Kylie Jenner, were spotted arriving at the medical centre to visit the newborn.
Neither Kardashian nor Barker have shared images of their son, but they have disclosed the special meaning behind his moniker. (Including why Barker believes the name is the ‘Greatest of All Time’ or the ‘GOAT’).

Even before beginning their pregnancy journey, which included rounds of IVF treatment and a strict regimen to attempt to conceive naturally, Kardashian and Barker had already begun brainstorming the names of their future children.
Over the Halloween weekend of 2021, Barker left a comment on Kardashian’s Instagram post, “Our son’s name would be Elvis.” The statement was in reference to their respective True Romance costumes, with Kardashian dressed as Patricia Arquette’s Alabama Whitman while Barker went as Christian Slater’s Clarence Worley from the 1993 Quentin Tarantino film.
However, another cult classic has served as the inspiration for the name Rocky Thirteen Barker, with the newborn’s name hailing from the 1976 boxing drama Rocky, with the name taken from the titular character played by Sylvester Stallone.
In an interview with Complex, Barker revealed the ‘GOAT’ name also had a second meaning, with the name inspired by the guitarist for thrash band Suicidal Tendencies.
“I like Rocky Thirteen”, Barker told his daughter Alabama as part of the “GOAT Talk” video series. “That’s the name that’s just been going through my head lately,” the drummer continued before being reprimanded by the TikTok star, “That’s so bad!”
“It is bad,” Barker said before adding, “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time.”
Apologies to the rest of the Kardashian-Barker family, but Rocky has already received ‘GOAT’ status.
