Ahead of her upcoming performance at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York, singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers flashed some Agent Provocateur lingerie for a new promotional poster for her June 16 concert. Recreating the classic meme, the Punisher artist is seen suited up in front of a mirror, while her reflection reveals a lingerie-clad backside.
Bridgers called upon stylist and designer Jared Ellner for her dapper and “kinky suit,” showcasing her bare bum. Sporting a crisp white shirt, black dress pants, and a black bow tie, the musician flashed a black bra, garter belt, black thong and some thigh-highs from behind.
Hairstylist Dita Durga styled her locks in a loose tousled bun, and makeup artist Amber Dreadon gave her beauty look a soft and natural glow. Shot by Davis Bates, the photographer posted to his Instagram Stories to say, “I love when Phoebe asks me to do cool random s*** and we slay.”
A hit on social media, Bridgers received comments from friends and fans showing love for the tongue-and-cheek snap. Designer Jonathan Simkhai wrote, “Dead!!!,” while model Kaia Gerber commented, “yes sir,” and singer Charlotte Lawrence added, “This is phenomenal.”
“Please come to my concert,” Bridgers wrote on Twitter, sharing a link to purchase tickets with the cheeky poster attached. Featuring indie pop band Muna as an opener, the poster also promises a “very special surprise guest.”
Currently embarking on her international “Reunion Tour,” Bridgers posted to Instagram back in May with dates, noting “Forest Hills will be special.” Before hitting Queens, Bridgers is set to perform at the Prospect Park Bandshell in Brooklyn on June 14 and 15.
Known for her specific penchant for menswear, the “Kyoto” singer is often seen out and about in her signature skeleton suit, whether they be of the pajama variety or custom Gucci, upping the ante with bedazzled and beaded ribcages.
