For an elevated Montauk experience, head to the newly opened Mavericks, a stylish modern steakhouse from chef Jeremy Blutstein with a focus on high-quality cuts of meat, fresh East End produce and local seafood. It’s situated on Bay Street along the picturesque waterfront in the same iconic location that housed the American Legion for over 25 years.
